| Program impact | La Clínica has provided culturally responsive services to students at elementary, middle and high schools for over 25 years at its School Based Health Centers (SBHCs). La Clínica has worked closely with school partners to expand the reach and scope of school health services and currently operates eight SBHCs; six in OUSD, one in San Lorenzo, and one in San Leandro. In 2018, La Clínica’s SBHCs provided direct services to more than 6,500 students and families and reached hundreds more with campus wide health promotion programming. |
