Program DescriptionThe Fremont High School-Based Health Center (Tiger Health Clinic) opened its doors in 2000. At the Tiger Health Clinic, we use an integrated care model to provide holistic comprehensive support for our patients. We serve current students at Fremont High School, former students, and recent graduates up to age 21. We provide medical services including primary care, reproductive health, prevention and treatment of STIs, sports physicals, and immunizations. Patients are also seen by a clinical health educator who conducts one-on-one appointments that cover issues ranging from sexual health to nutrition. In addition, we offer behavioral health services to students through group and individual counseling.
