| Service(s) description | The Art Enrichment classes meet on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 3-4:15. Young artists can explore, make, and create art work of their own design. This process offers opportunities to work on skills and techniques, engage critical thinking skills, investigate and problem-solve through engineering and making. Claudia oversees this process with respect for student agency and work by being available to be a sounding-board, assistant, or by demonstrating techniques and skills. |
| Program impact | By providing additional time and expertise in the Studio, students can explore, create and hone their artistic skills and voices. Students gain confidence and fluency in a variety of media. For a number of students, the Art Studio has been their safe space. |
