| Service(s) description | BAY-Peace provides youth-led workshops that focus on arts and Social Justice. In these workshops, students learn about play as a significant way to develop critical awareness around social justice issues that immediately impact them and that are relevant to their communities. Using different art forms, students creatively address issues pertaining to violence. |
| Program impact | Through our workshops, students and staff are able to develop understanding beyond cross-cultural boundaries while building enough trust with one another to critically explore their realities, their communities and the world around them. In this process, students are empowered to challenge structural violence and institutional oppression. |
