| Program Description | Stylez Speaks is a social justice and healing-centered course where youth participants express their emotions and truths about their experiences through poetry. Each session will integrate ethnic studies curriculum of our “PEOPLES” hystory, current events and analyzing each others pieces. Our sessions are dedicated to building community not just inside the classroom, but wherever our unique paths take us. We are looking forward to holding space through community circles and developing a poetry book with original pieces created by students. |
