| Program Description | Sequoia Healthy Start (SHS) is a collaborative program of East Bay Agency for Children staff, community members, parents, teachers, and administrators. Together, we have provided afterschool, mental health and family support services at Sequoia Elementary School since 2000.
Our family support services includes family workshops and student showcases. We provide workshops around areas that support the school and our families. Currently, we are supporting the school's efforts in making Sequoia School a welcoming and inclusive environment for all families. We are hosting workshops and strategy sessions on how families can make Sequoia a more inclusive place.
