Program Description | The DPN case managers will be providing case management services to at-risk OUSD students, between the ages of 8 and 21, to help them access community resources and activities to strengthen support and enhance their coping skills. This will be accomplished by helping students: (1) to gain access to community resources (2) to reduce truancy and earn more credits toward graduation (3) to learn skills with the goal of independent living (4) learn skills toward employment (5) learn money management skills (6) to develop social skills (7) get access to mental health or substance use services (8) to address legal issues or immigration issues |
