| Program Description | The Changemakers after-school program offers middle school girls hands-on exposure to STEM disciplines and an opportunity to create a community impact project to address a personal or community need through STEM. Through an intensive, multi-year after-school program model, girls learn a variety of STEM concepts and are helped to grow their social/emotional skills. Our program surrounds girls with supports from families, teachers, role models and STEM workplaces, to help them persist to college or careers in STEM. |
