| Program impact | The immediate impact of our program is that students who have participated achieve a new sense of confidence, identity as elite musicians and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. Additionally our students gain an understanding of the concept of mastery and the processes required to achieve mastery. In the long term, students who experience our program will be able to use the skills they've learned to accomplish objectives/goals beyond those which they previously imagined. |
