| Service(s) description | We offer physical and cultural education through judo. Students learn movement, balance and coordination through organized lessons that include simple judo techniques - especially how to fall safely - Japanese language, songs and culture with a special emphasis on respect. We have a positive culture that emphasizes both the effort required and the fun that we have. |
| Program impact | Our students will be stronger physically because of the movement and judo techniques, but they will also have an understanding of Japanese language and culture. They will be more confident because they will be able to see the improvement in their movement and technique as well as their understanding of Japanese. And they will take pride in themselves for the respect that they show to Sensei and to one another. |
