| Service(s) description | After-school martial arts and self-defense classes. We teach empowerment skills in a cooperative spirit, emphasizing the traditions of respect and mutual support in traditional martial arts. The classes can be taken in one off, seasonal programs, or multiple series. We talk about bullying, safety, and self-defense with all aged children and teens. |
| Program impact | So far, so good! We have been teaching in OUSD and the Bay Area for 15 years. We have many graduates of our program, including ten college graduates who have been with us since grade school in OUSD. |
