Program Description | The Unaccompanied Immigrant Youth (UIY) program provides linguistically appropriate and culturally sensitive mental health services and interventions for youth who immigrated to the United States without the accompaniment of a parent. We specialize in trauma-focused and family oriented treatment to Unaccompanied Immigrant Youth families. We have four Clinicians and two Case Managers who serve as a mobile unit providing services at schools and in the community throughout Alameda County. This program is administered in collaboration with the Alameda County Center for Healthy Schools and Communities. Clients are referred to our UIY Program by school personnel. |
