Program Description | Happy Kids Yoga/Tumbling classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness and interpersonal skills. Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, tumbling skills and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to awaken to the beauty and strength within. Our classes convey lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking and environmental awareness. Partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire empathetic peer interactions which they will carry as a powerful tool into their futures. We also practice yoga style tumbling skills such as front and back rolls, cartwheels, headstands, and handstands. Come join the fun! We provide yoga mats, but if your child would like to use their own, please have them bring it to class.
